Policy and terms of use of the website and booking the experience
• In the event of any damage or distortion of any of the properties of the experience provider, GoAsbar website is not responsible for any compensation, and the problem is between the experience provider and the customer.
• GoAsbar is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of the experience provider's service, but if there is a disagreement with the description of the service, the customer has the right to complain, and the GoAsbar administration has the right to cancel the membership of the provider
• In the event that the experience provider or the customer is absent more than once, the GoAsbar administration has the right to suspend membership and prevent joining in the future.
• GoAsbar has the right to delay or cancel the payment process in the event of illegal activities, fraud, suspicion, or for any security reasons.
• The age is 15 or more, and the presence of a minor in the experience is with the consent of the parents and the person providing the experience with the user.
• Acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions and risks associated with the experience, if any.
• In the event that a problem is found between the customer and the experience provider, it is preferable to refer to the GoAsbar administration to solve it.
• The user undertakes to take full responsibility for participating in any experience in the event that he suffers from illness, mental problems, disability, or any reason that may endanger his life.
• Undertaking that all information provided is correct.
Terms and conditions for the experience provider
• The provider must be at least 18 years old.
• The experience provider bears all responsibility for the experience provided in terms of safety and security.
• The experience provider undertakes that he has all the legally required permits (if the experience requires that).
• The provider undertakes to develop a comprehensive description of the experience that includes:
1. Experience location.
2. Experience start date and duration.
3. Conditions and requirements for the experience (minimum age, physical fitness, clothing, required tools...etc.) according to its type.
• The experience provider warrants that all information provided is correct.
• The provider undertakes that the price of the experience on the GoAsbar website is exactly equal to the price of the experience provided in any other platform, including direct booking from the owner of the experience. In the event that a violation of this is proven, the GoAsbar administration has the right to suspend membership and prevent joining in the future, and the provider’s dues (if any) will be forfeited.
• The site has the right to delete the experience, or to prevent the experience provider if it:
1. The experience contains nudity, violence, harassment, drugs and other illegal substances.
2. The experience does not respect or offend a religion, sect, person, government or organization, whether Islamic or otherwise.
3. Manipulating prices and not putting the agreed price
• The experience may be tested by the standards and quality team in order to ensure the validity of the experience and performance.
• The provider must present the experience himself personally, and he is not entitled to authorize anyone else to carry it out, unless the authorization is recognized by the responsible authorities.
• The experience provider undertakes to treat all people in the GoAsbar community with respect, regardless of their religion, nationality, race, or age.
• In the event of changing the experience date, it is:
• The provider is allowed to change the experience date if there are no confirmed bookings.
Payment and return policy for the GoAsbar website
• Payment can be made via Mada, Visa, MasterCard or Apple Pay cards.
• The GoAsbar administration undertakes to maintain the privacy of the payment data used
• The experience provider's dues are transferred within a maximum period of 72 hours from the end of the experience
• Experience Cancellation:
1. In the event that the cancellation was from the experience provider, the customer has the right to claim a full refund.
2. In the event that the cancellation was by the customer before the agreed time (24 hours from the time of the trial) and which is mentioned in the description of the experience: the customer is entitled to a full refund, and in the event that the cancellation was after the agreed time, the customer loses the right to claim the money.
• The customer has the right to claim a refund in the event that the experience does not match its description, after providing sufficient evidence and approval of the GoAsbar administration.
